Solutions Architect (Remote)
Firetail.ai is at the forefront of cybersecurity, providing an advanced platform for discovery, security posture and governance. We empower security teams to prepare their organizations for AI adoption with clarity and speed. We are looking for a highly technical and customer-focused Solutions Architect to join our growing team.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll be the key technical authority for our customers. You will design robust security solutions that solve our customers' most pressing challenges, ensuring they realize the full value of the Firetail.ai platform.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the sales team to lead technical discovery sessions in complex enterprise environments.
- Design and present security solutions that integrate Firetail.ai into a customer's existing ecosystem (e.g., SIEM, cloud, code repos.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and manage technical evaluations (Proof of Concepts / Proof of Value) to showcase our platform's value.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert on our platform and the broader cybersecurity landscape for both customers and internal teams.
- Translate customer feedback and real-world security challenges into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Security Consultant within the cybersecurity industry.
- Hunger and desire to learn and grow.
- A strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from SOC analysts to CISOs.
- A passion for cybersecurity and a problem-solving mindset for tackling advanced threats.
- Hands-on experience with core security technologies, including SIEM and cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS certifications, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a strong plus.
- We are ideally looking for candidates already located within the European Union, but will also consider candidates in the USA or Canada.
- Candidates must be willing to work on a flexible hours basis. Customers may be in North America, Europe or Asia, and you may be required to work around their time zones periodically, and will get time off during normal business hours to compensate.
